Intrade24 Review: Is Intrade24 Legit or a Scam?

Intrade24 Review

In this Intrade24 review, no regulator has confirmed the broker’s claimed memberships, and Québec’s AMF has warned that Intrade24 is unregistered. The AMF said on September 4, 2026, that Intrade24 is not registered with it and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec. Verify its credentials before depositing anything.

What Is Intrade24?

Intrade24 operates from intrade24.com and describes itself as a stock trading platform. Its homepage claims:

  • Real-time data, charting, a screener and mobile apps
  • Four account tiers with minimum deposits from $5,000 to $100,000
  • Securities services “offered through IN TRADE 24 TRUST INC.”
  • A head office at 92 King Street East, Toronto, Canada

These are the broker’s own statements. The site gives no licence numbers, so none of them can be checked from the page itself.

Is Intrade24 Regulated?

No regulator that I checked confirms it. The Intrade24 regulation claims are the problem.

The site says it is a “registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC.” It also displays “Regulated by CIRO / CIPF” in its footer and links to a CDIC page. FINRA and SIPC are US bodies, while CIRO and CIPF are Canadian. A single firm claiming all of them without naming a registration number is unusual.

What the regulators show:

  • The AMF warning lists intrade24.com as the business name.
  • A third-party review site reported finding no matching records in the FINRA, SIPC or NFA databases. I treat that as secondary evidence, so repeat the search yourself.

For an investor, “unregistered” means no licensed oversight, no required client-fund rules and no regulator-run complaint route. Compensation schemes such as SIPC only protect clients of firms that are actual members.

Is Intrade24 Legit or a Scam?

The evidence does not prove fraud, but it points to a high-risk platform. We found no court ruling or enforcement action against it. The concerns are these:

  • Unverified credentials. Multiple regulatory badges appear, and none is backed by a verifiable registration.
  • Regulator warning. The AMF placed Intrade24 under “High-risk platforms.”
  • Inconsistent details. The footer says “Intrade24, Inc.,” while the body names “IN TRADE 24 TRUST INC.”
  • Questionable marketing. The homepage claims 4.2 million active traders next to an uptime figure of 89.93%. The testimonials use stock-style photos and name no verifiable people. A “$100 Welcome Bonus” is also promoted.
  • Mismatched terms. It calls itself a stocks platform, but quotes spreads in pips and leverage up to 1:200, which are forex-style terms.

Traders should not deposit money before independent verification.

What Should Traders Check Before Using Intrade24?

  1. Confirm the legal entity name and where it is incorporated.
  2. Search the relevant regulator’s register (FINRA BrokerCheck, NFA BASIC, CIRO, the AMF).
  3. Ask for the licence number and verify it with the regulator, not the broker.
  4. Check that the domain matches the registered firm’s listed websites.
  5. Read withdrawal conditions, fees and bonus terms.
  6. Find out which bank holds client funds.
  7. Confirm any investor-protection scheme directly with the scheme operator.
  8. Do not send money until the regulatory status is clear.

Intrade24 Review – Final Verdict

  • Regulated? We found no official confirmation.
  • Legit? Its credentials are unverified, and a regulator has warned against it.
  • Deposit? Not before independent verification.
  • Biggest concern: the unverified FINRA, SIPC, CIRO and CIPF claims, combined with the AMF warning.

Frequently Asked Questions About Intrade24

Is Intrade24 legit?

Its legitimacy is unproven. The AMF warns that it is unregistered, and no official register confirms its claimed memberships. Treat it as high-risk until a regulator verifies it.

Is Intrade24 regulated?

We found no evidence that it is. The site references several regulators, but no registration number backs the claims. The AMF states the firm is not registered in Québec.

Does Intrade24 have a licence?

No licence number is published on the homepage. Without one, there is nothing to verify. Request the number and confirm it with the issuing regulator.

What should I do if I have already deposited money with Intrade24?

Stop sending funds and keep all records. Contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and report it to your local securities regulator, such as the AMF or CIRO. Be wary of anyone offering paid “recovery.”
